About this event

Have you ever wondered about the role that taste, texture, and smell play on how you experience food? Learn about the sensations of taste and smell and the impact of the senses on flavor. Using provided food samples, participants will discover for themselves why unique, unexpected pairings, such as white chocolate and caviar, taste good together. This is a fun interactive presentation. Our speaker is Kelli Slunt, Professor of Chemistry, University of Mary Washington. Open to the community.
