About this event
Modifications to our homes can help enable us to remain in our homes more safely. But, it can be hard to know where to begin! Fortunately, there are programs available help us in making our homes safer and more accommodating to changing needs. We'll learn about programs and information available through the disAbility Resource Center (dRC) from Samantha Davis, Home Modification Program Manager. It is the dRC’s mission to assist people with disabilities, including older adults with mobility challenges, to achieve the highest potential and benefit of independent living by providing information, education and resources. Gather information on helpful resources, including funding for those who qualify. Open to the community.
